Are the phones unlocked?
Yes, all our phones are factory unlocked, and will work with any network in the world.

Do the phones you sell have international warranty?
International Warranty varies from country to country. If you need to claim warranty from abroad, you will have to ship the phone back to us, but bear in mind we can’t cover that shipping expense. If you are in the UAE though, we will collect and deliver to you for FREE.

When do I receive my order?
For every order placed before 5 pm, delivery will be in the next working day. In some cases, if you need the item urgently, we can ship on the same day according to our daily schedules. In any case, after you place an order, you will be contacted by our logistics team to confirm stock availability, delivery time, and date.

A product on the shop shows In Stock. Is it really in stock?
We update our stock list everyday in the morning, but it might happen that when you place an order, the item had already been sold to another customer. We will respect the order sequence every time, that’s why we will contact you to confirm availability.

Do you charge for delivery?
NEVER. Delivery is completely FREE within the UAE Only if your purchase is above AED 1000.00.
