Accuracy and Typographical Errors
UAEBestDeals.ae aspires to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However, on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, UAEBestDeals.ae shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. UAEBestDeals.ae reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Orders processing terms
a) Incase an order has been placed and the customer decided to cancel his order for whatever reason (wrong order, change of mind, exchange), we are able to issue a cancellation and provide a full refund as long as the cancellation has been requested within 2 hours of the initial purchase and has not yet been handed over to the courier, however we can still provide a cancellation and full refund at our own discretion if we did not yet hand over the item to the courier after the (2) hour cancellation period. With regards to an exchange the same terms apply as per the above, however the customer will need to place a new order for his/her desired product.
b) If the customer wishes to cancel his order after the item has been handed over to the courier, there will be a 30% charge from the total order for re-stocking fees. The customer is entitled to his refund after the re-stocking fees have been deducted. The refund will only be issued once the item has been returned from the courier.
c) With regards to handling and processing time frames, once we receive an order upto a maximum of 72 hours (3 days) we have the right to accept or reject an order, this is our standard timeframe for processing orders. This is due to the fact that we abide by a first come first serve basis and also it depends on the model availability of the item by the time of placing an order. Incase 72 hours has passed and an order has not yet been processed, the order will then be cancelled and we will communicate the reason to the customer and provide a full refund.
d) Customers have an option to make payment for pre-orders or to request to keep an order on hold without cancellation if it turns out the product initially ordered is out of stock at the time of placing their order. Therefore the handling and processing timeframe will be extended until the item is available.
e) Incase the shipment was not delivered to the client within the appropriate timeframe, we provide a full refund, however we continue to keep the customer updated in case of any delay whether it be from the courier, customs, etc.
f) Incase the item was received with a factory defect; we provide an exchange or full refund. (The customer has to report a defect within 48 hours once received).
g) Incase the delivered item was different than the product initially purchased; we provide a full refund or exchange with the correct item.

i) Incase the delivered item was different than the product initially purchased; we provide a full refund or exchange with the correct item.
j) Incase an item was sent abroad but the customer rejected the item, the courier will continue to attempt delivery for a period of 7-14 however if the customer failed to receive / collect the item within that timeframe, we charge a 30% re-stocking fee. The balance will then be refunded to the customer after the deduction of the re-stocking fee amount.
k) With regards to warranty claims, factory defect claims and any service request after 48 hours from delivery of an item, all shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility and refunds will no longer be accepted.
Fulfillment Period & covered countries
We currently deliver via courier globally and provide a tracking number. We deliver within the following timeframes;
UAE – Within 2-3 business days
Gulf Countries – 3-7 business days
All Other Countries – 7-10 business days
*Please note that 90% of our shipments are delivered within the minimum timeframe.
